i hardly ever remember it going crazy when zezima walked around in RSC...guess some people just don't have much resepct for everyone, i mean he's just a regular player like all of us, just happens to be the best...well at least until he gets 99 hunting, but it'll be forever since he can't train in peace anymore.

I like runescape the way it is. Clan support might be nice...but runescape is heavily invested in the individual. As opposed to WOW that is heavily invested in a team (5, 10, 20 man raids and what not). It is harder to advance in runescape too. My friend went from lvl 1 to 60 in WOW in two weeks...getting to the top of the game, or even to a decent combat lvl is much harder in runescape (I think a guy I knew when from 1 to 100 in like three weeks or so...but still he was the best player you can be and he is still at only like 115 after another month or two).

So if there was more clan support I think it would be bitter sweet. It would be nice for somethings, but I think it would really take away some of the personnal achievement aspects of runescape as compared to other games.

A week of pcing got me from lvl 50 to 80. Your point?

I don't know because as far as I"m concerned going from 50 to 80 in a week means nothing. And it doesn't have anything to do with any of my points. :?:

If that's not relevant, what is?

My point was strictly that you can max out this skill lvl in WOW in two week. I.E...you couldn't (I think the new update allows lvl 70 or something) get higher than lvl 60 and it only took two weeks. Ya you got to lvl 80...okay it would be relivent if maybe you got to lvl 110 maybe in two weeks or even 100...but just because you got 30 lvls I don't see how it is relevent.

Regardless, my problem with the clan support (and a not I got from the D.I. site as they were discussing this) is that if you got clan support...you'd probably get an actual net loss in the help. I mean okay so we allow clan support...every noob and their friend will go out and make a clan...all of a sudden you have this really annoying culture that used to be confined to individual play now spread amongst groups. I think the difficulty which it takes to start and keep a clan now has some good consequences as it allows for dedicated clans that have codes and honor and fighting and it gives players something to shoot for. If you allow clan support it would, I think really diminish that aspect of the clan and we'd have 10,000 noob clans running around trying to kill everything and their dog. Just my opinion though.
