Tired of having to watch the intro screen every time you start up a Valve game (eg. TF2, CSS, HL2:DM)? Wish there was a simple way to just skip it? Well actually, there is!!!

When the intro starts going, just press the Space Bar. Now you don't have to wait an extra 15-20 seconds for that stupid intro scene that you have seen a billion times already play all the way through ever again.

Cheers. 8)

In the startup options, type -novid. No spacebar or anything :)

Other options I use are -windowed -noborder, which makes for an easy full-screen windowed mode of a game, allowing seamless alt-tab experiences. That, and I can see other goings on outside of the main gaming window.

I think pressing the Any key works as well.

But does that count for every game? Or do you have to do it individually?

I don't have an Any key, Cliff. :(

Escape doesn't work for me for some reason. Enter and the Space Bar work, though.
