Post subject:  Mass Effect 3 Ending (SPOILERS)
For those of you who played Mass Effect 3, what did you think of the ending?

Spoiler for ME3 Spoilers:

Personally, I was a little disappointed with how it concluded. The biggest problem that I had was that the mass relays were destroyed when the Crucible was activated. The mass relays were the basis for the entirety of galactic civilization. Without the mass relays, humans (and all the other species) will once again be isolated from each other in the galaxy. Not to mention it's likely that the planet Earth's resources have long since been utterly spent at this point in the future, meaning that there is not really any reasonable hope for the continuation of a modern society. The civilization on Earth, now isolated from any external resources, will begin to rapidly deteriorate. It would probably have been better if they had just been wiped out by the reapers rather than languishing on in this state.

very very stupid ending. after getting the entire galaxy together, making crazy sacrifices for everybody, geth or quarian depending on where you went, and yet basically everything still gets blown up. well if that's the case, why bother saving them in the first place?

Yeah...it was kinda stupid. I figured it'd give me a choice between saving earth or sacrificing earth. Someone else suggested the reapers was harvesting organics in order to save the universe. Because the mass relays used dark matter and that was slowly destroying the universe. (Sorta like space pollution) so the Reapers come by every 50 thousan dodd years and reset things. That's still a **** ending but it's better than that "oh the robots come and kill you all cause if they don't you'll create robots that'll kill you all" wtf..
