Anyways, I thought it was interesting that PC piracy is way up. Granted, those numbers seem pretty high, but who knows. Also, PC is where most torrenting gets done. Reason I was looking at this was because I was trying to find the breakdown of what platforms people use the most and whether or not developers should be focusing more on PC gaming rather than other platforms. Here's how many platforms have been sold over the course of time. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_best-selling_game_consoles I still feel most people use/have computers more than any other platforms and developers are ignoring quite an expansive market. Devs should be putting in more time and quality into developing PC games. But that's just my opinion. I am a PC gamer after all. Edit: Grammar |

i believe i posted this type of topic a while back. the numbers are never as bad as it may seem. remember not everybody has access to 60 bucks for every game, and there are people who pirate and then buy the game later at a better price. |
