I played the demo before the game came out and knew I had to get it, and I have it now and I think its a very good fighting game. The Career is so-so but being able to fight people online and see how you put up against everyone around the world at whatnot is fun. There are those good and sucky people.

So has anyone else played/have the game?

I was watching some game play footage of that online and it looks terrible. I don't think I will be playing that game. Plus it has been getting terrible reviews.

I played it, and the action is so slow. On the demo it's like punch punch punch kick to the mid drift punch oh dear I've killed my opponent. Very linear and a really poor game in my opinion.

Terrible reviews? The average score on MetaCritic is an 84, that is not bad at all. Actually, it has gotten two 10/10.

I rented the game and it is very fun. It is not linear at all, if you just go out throwing punches you are going to lose. You will get gassed, your opponent will block and counter you until the eventually take you down and throw a dozen punches into your skull. The demo is not a good representation of the games difficulty, not to mention it is on the easiest of 5 difficulties.
