For bad company 2, you can only rent servers from providers that EA has approved and given the server binaries, they aren't freely available. Even after you rent a server from an approved provider, you can barely control anything on the server.

If we were to play that, it would have to be on a random server because it's ridiculous to pay $40/month when we already have a server that would be able to host a game server like that easily.

I voted later times friday and saturday, but since i don't have class in the morning anymore, almost any later night stuff works for me.

Because if so, then the Runewire post time sorta screwed up, because 15 minutes before 12 pm isn't 11:45 pm. o.O

I have run in to a slight problem. I didn't like the username on my old steam account and I didn't have any games on there that I had paid for so I decided to make a new one with a name I liked more.

The problem I have run in to is that I can no longer download Half Life 2: Deathmatch and those 2 other games for free off that promo. I found the files for them on my computer though, so I was wondering if there was a way I could transfer them or would I have to use my old account.

You'd have to log into your old account or drastically change your hardware on your computer (eg: new graphics card + processor) as I'm sure the promos are tied to serial numbers on graphics cards or something along those lines.

Looks like I'm likely not going to be there this weekend guys, sorry. Will be the last guaranteed Snowmobiling weekend I've got before school, and I'm not sure if we're coming back Sunday or Saturday.

Behave yourselves if you're unattended... Hopefully there will be someone there to get a few maps voted on.

Maybe since it's changed back to a weekday it should be made an hour or two earlier? I don't know if it's just me, but if I started playing HL at 11pm for 2 hours and then tried to get up at 6 the next morning...

On another note, I'm very happy to see it move back to a Monday. Saturdays were impossible for me to attend(:() so I'll now be able to atleast attend some times for a map or two. Earlier would be better for me, but that's just me.

Ya, turnout was a little low this weekend. I saw some people online not joining the server. If you guys really want to do Saturdays, then let's try to get a better turnout. Otherwise, we should reconsider the time and day. I know it's a new year and all, but let's try to keep a good turnout up.

I am also glad to see PC Gaming return to Monday but the time really is too late for anyone living on the east coast who can't sleep in on Tuesday. Could it be moved back to 9 or 10 PM EST? (That is, 2-1 hours earlier for anyone not in EST)
