What looks like may be Nightlife looks good, just by that one picture. I like playing maps that are at night. "Electroshock defenses" doesn't sound half-bad either.

Doubt it as in the article it only metions PC, PS3 and Xbox 360

Probably looking at a few hundred meg for the download..the Wii simply doesn't have the room for it.

But how much of that is already taken up with your save files, retro games, Miis etc.

Should of probably explained a bit better - Nintendo themselves aren't likely to allow such large DLC. Microsoft restricts how large files can be as well. The only one that doesn't seem to limit it is Sony, who happen to have the largest HDD anyway.
