What I want to know, is, does anybody else out there like them, or it just me?

I would like to hear your favourite if you do like them, and why they are your most enjoyed racing game.

For me it has to be Forza Motorsport 2, because of the sheer realistic quality to it, never mind the fact that you can create some outstanding looking vehicles in the decal area, and tune your cars engine to fit exact track specifications.

I do like racing games, and my favorite is also Forza Motorsport 2, for the reasons you specified. I tried Burnout Paradise but agreed with everything in this review and couldn't really get into the game that much.

I liked burnout before paradise and i enjoy the arcadey racers. I rather liked Forza as well but i only played the demo and quickly got bored, once you've mastered the track..it's pretty easy.

Online racers though, I..get very very wound up at. XD More so than any other genre. GTA has really brought it out in me, If i get taken down or if i crash, I get wound up, especially if i was doing well. XD

Yeah there not really my thing but i can tolerate some.

I enjoy the odd street racing game once and a while, but I wouldn't go out of my way to play a racing game. It just seems like the same thing over and over again... but then again, so is any FPS.

I really enjoy racing games. One the first racing games which I started playing was Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2 for PC. I am also a huge Gran Turismo fan. Right now I am enjoying the online mode in Gran Turismo 5: Prologue, the game really amazed me. For anybody who is interested should search YouTube for the game intro (which I loved). Towards the end of the next by the time I'll hopefully be done with MGS4, I'll rent GRID for PS3 and give the game a spin.

I've always been into the Project Gotham Racing series. We got the first game when the original Xbox came out, and been buying them ever since. It's less arcadey and more serious, though. It's also where Galaxy Wars originated, so more power to it. PGR 4 took a turn away from what the series had always been doing .. so I still have to get used to it.

Also tried Need for Speed Underground 2 for Xbox. It was pretty fun while it lasted, but I eventually stopped playing it after beating it and making a few cars.

I enjoy a good racing game as well. The best that I have played recently would be GRID, Forza 2, and Test Drive Unlimited.

I like some racing games, but most are too boring. The ones I like are Mario Kart, Burnout, and to some extent Sonic Riders (hey, it's some decent fun, don't knock it)
