This claim will never be held up in court. They're wasting their time. |

But honestly, did their lawyer even READ this? #16 & #17 Looks like they didn't. I just recently took a Constitutional Law class in high school, and my teacher is a lawyer. I really can't wait to show him this, because he's one of those people that FLIP over things like this. I think that the lawyer should get penalized for stealing that person's money. He knows he won't win, or lets hope he knows he won't win. As it clearly says on Xbox's legal document, they are not responsible for downtime, it is an as-is service. Another waste of time and money in my opinion |

But he is a lawyer, so of course he is going to take the time to do this XD He won't get penalized, I don't see why you think he would. The morons are paying him for his legal knowledge and services, and that is his job. I was hoping I could be the one to post the Ctrl+Alt+Del comic ![]() Anyway, yeah, this just shows the sue happy America these days, all people want is $$$ without using their ****ing brains. Common sense is not part of a few people's personalities anymore. |

The lawyer is smart, because he gets payed nevertheless. Judging by the lawsuit, these people are idiots, so this lawyer can rake in a ton of money of them... |
