Remember that getting headshots with the snipers, carbines, battles rifles etc give nearly twice as many points as a normal kill. And magnum pistols can get headshots too

Turn on: Tough Luck Skull Catch Skull Fog Skull Famine Skull Thunderstorm Skull Tilt Skull You can remove 1-2 and still be good really, put it on normal and you'll be fine. I got all of mine with those skulls on while on normal. |

All it does is increase the difficulty a bit, not much really considering you have it on medium anyway. But the skulls give you a point boost, i always finished with loads of points. |
