Omg I just started playing this again, great classic from the Xbox worth playing on the 360 without getting bored or irritated by inferior graphics.

But seriously, how the hell do you kill Alma? The first greater fiend you fight, and it's the boss after you kill the bone dragon...

I didn't even manage to kill this guy when I played it on my black breeze block...

Any clues?

Oh and are there any other games that are really worth playing on the 360 that were available on the Xbox, or is this the only one?

Ahahaha.

Alma, seriously she is what a boss fight should be. Ninja Gaiden has some of the best boss fights IMO.

For those not in the know, meet Alma:

As for you bog. XD Ahahaha, I've been replaying it as well. I'm determined to actually beat this game before NG2.

And Alma was the toughest boss i came across tbh, she seriously took me weeks. All i can suggest is practice. Keep going back, keep working on it. The attack you want to watch out for the most is when she freezes you and picks you up off the floor, that does a load of damage and finished me a lot of the time.

Just keep trying, do a flying attack at her, constantly and just dodge all her attacks the best you can. When she throws the slabs at you try and run along the wall, you avoid em much easier.

Shes so much fun to fight imo that it's worth going through the effort of beating her.

Just got in the cathedral myself actually, only just beat the big giant ugly slug thing with tenticals though. XD

Anyone who doesn't own this game needs to go buy it, best game on the Xbox.

Well, I rented this game, along with Half Life 2, about a week ago for Xbox. It was the first game of the two I started playing. I got through the first level with no problems and then suddenly the game becomes uber hard. I was on that blimp or whatever and I just couldn't figure out how to beat the enemies. Since they always came in pairs, I'd attack one, then immediately get owned by the other. So after an hour of just getting killed by random guys, I tried HL2.

I didn't pick up NG for the rest of the rental.

Hope you liked my story!

But yeah, I've heard tons of great stuff about this game. I didn't really give it a chance...

Ya it's tough, because of the fast speed of it all you've really gotta be quick about what you're doing get your blocks in right and know when to attack/defend you do much better that way.

I find in certain curcumstances the only way to advance is to counter attack, which means sit and block and bash X or Y and hope you kill them quickly. Usually when theres three of those ninjas dropping on your head.
