Wow, 9/10 from GameSpot! Very good rating considering both Bio and CoD4 got 9's. I was expecting more of an 8 or so considering how they rate games. I was planning on holding out till Christmas on it but after seeing this I don't think I can wait. I actually canceled this for COD4, I'll probably get it soon though. IGN gave it a bad review, they made it out to be pretty bad. Thankfully i go to GS for my reviews, i agree a lot of the time with them so I've no doubt it'll be great. Kinda worrying they claim the ending is confusing, AC for me, what attracted me was the story. I hope it's not ruined because of the ending. |

A confusing ending most likely means a good and in depth story that will leave you thinking about it from start to finish. Especially since theres supposed to be a HUGE twist in the story. |

IGN actually called Assassin's Creed one of top 5 most disappointing games of all time. I was shocked that GameSpot review scored higher then it did on 1up and IGN. Hell must froze over. |

actually i just play this game on my cell phone and even on the cell it was superb. it was funny, fun and just a great game. i actually know what the twist is  if a cell phone version was a blast i would love to play the real version... if only they had it for pc

This is probably the longest game I have ever played. I have been playing a good 10 hours and only have 30% complete. I expect to have played around 60 hours by the time i get 1000/1000. Extremely fun game though and not the least bit disappointing. If you own a 360 this is a must have. |

I'd say do not buy this game. I've played it at a friends house and the game is mission based and there is no free roam so its basically go assassinate this person or find away into here. Mission complete. Next Mission. -Zac |

yeah i remember game play where once you beat it there is nothing else to do. so rent wise great choice. |

It's not free roam? wtf? It'd better be, how do they expect you to collect all the flags if you can't free roam. |

you can go anywhere but once you beat the game all you would be doing are side quest and trying to collect all the flags. after that there is no point here creepy watch this http://www.gametrailers.com/player/27616.html |

Watching demo's and trailers of this has really shocked me. I love how realistic it is, with the way you can blend into crowds and stuff, its revolutionary! *adds to Christmas list*

-Zac Not free roaming? No, the first mission or so is not free roam because you have to get to learn the controls and the scheme of things buyt after that you can go wherever you would like. I have spent around 10 hours on the game and only 2 hours at the most on missions. Around each city is 12 side missions to save civilians, 12 high points to climb to, 3 or 4 templars to kill, and 100 flags to collect. Not to mention outside of the city in the Kingdom there is everything above. Total there is 520 flags, 60 templars, 108 save the civilian, and 108 high points. I don't know about you but to me that's a hell of a lot of free roaming along with the 9 main assassination missions and a good 5 investigation missions to go along with each assassination, thats one long game in my book. Please, if you own a 360 you owe it to yourself to buy this game because it is one of the best out there. |

-Zac I would say, Don't make it look bad if you've only played 20 minutes. There's an amazing storyline, Graphics are near perfect, and oh yea. THE WHOLE GAME IS FREE ROAM!!!!!(yes i know about caps lock.) |
