Hi guys,

Fred was summoned to the North Pole to help with Santa with Christmas preparations, for some reason they needed a model identical to Fred with his experience. As you all know such a large task will require cleanup, hence why he's not back yet.

Anyways, the first SKOTM for 2011 is Slayer. That competition starts on January 1st and you can sign up here.

I should also note that we'll be tallying up the totals for 2010 and crowing a Skiller of The Year (SKOTY). The person who gained the most experience in 2010 will be declared the winner. Look for that announcement with the December SKOTM winner on January 1.

Anyway, Slayer is REALLY not my thing, but I'll try to get atleast a decent amount of EXP. :)

I tried signing up and it just refreshed the screen and the box for typing your name in disappeared. Is that supposed to happen?

Yeah, that's what's supposed to happen.


It shows a message saying you were accepted and you will get an email when the competition starts, but it's not the most visible i guess.

You used to be able to see who signed up but you cant now. Also I did not get an email so how do I know I signed up?

Yah, I am finally able to do a skill of the month. I was planning on skilling most of the month of january, but it looks like I'll stick with combat for another month. To keep from getting sick of one skill or activity, I try to rotate between skilling and combat on a weekly or sometimes monthy basis. Since I got 99 runecrafting in the first week of December, I've been "rebelling" against skilling and doing ton's of slayer, lol. I wanted to sign up for the December SKOTM for farming, but I still hadn't been a member long enough yet.
