Post subject:  May SKOTM and April Winners!
Signup for the new skill of the month has started! The skill this month is: Smithing. Please signup at http://www.rsbandb.com/skotm you will need a valid forum account to sign up. Signups end on the 1st of the month. The competition begins as soon as signups close and xp has been taken in at 12:01 AM RSBANDB time on the 1st.

The April competition continues until May 1st. Winners of the April skill of the month will be announced May 1st. Don't forget to bet on what next months skill will be! The winner(s) will receive a pot generously donated by the events crew.

It was pretty close between Mike and Tj.

Mike and Tj have won. I'm in 3rd, with 1.4M XP, pretty close to Mike.

I forgot about it and started woodcuttting on the 8th :oops: .

I had a real good time, though. And congradulations to them.

The contest goes on until the first of the month so it's not over yet ;)

I have checked into the problem as to why you can't sign up, it looks as though it was missing a condition. It should be fine now :)

That's a betting mechanism. If you read the fine print it says:

Next Month's Skill Is? - How it works is you select what skill you think next months competition will be based on. For example, if you think next months skill will be Runecrafting select Runecrafting from the drop down. The winner(s) will receive a pot that has been donated by various people. The pot varies from month to month and it is donated by various people from rsbandb.

The skill selection is still random. This is just a fun little bet :P
