You will have to add/remove potions depending on your levels, just go and see what the best setup is best for you personally. This is the inventory I use, I have 80 prayer and max melee. Shark/Rocktail for emergencies.
Godsword is not required, but Saradomin Godsword can come in handy. Bring a special attack weapon or a whip if you do not have one.

Killing the Brothers
1. Dharok-Always kill first, pot up and protect from melee and you should be fine. If you get this brother as a tunnel, just make sure your prayer does not run out
2. Verac-Protect from melee, try not to eat if you have a Saradomin Godsword. If you get this brother as a tunnel, just watch your health and eat when needed
3. Ahrim-Protect from mage and use Saradomin Godsword special attack here. Be sure to equip D'hide/Karil's when killing
4. Karil-Protect from range if you have any leftover prayer points and attack with special attack weapon/whip/godsword. If you get this brother as a tunnel, just watch your health and eat when needed
5. Torag-Protect from melee if any prayer points are leftover. Watch your health, he does not hit often but hits high when he does
6. Guthan-Shouldn't need food or prayer on this brother.
After that you should find the rope you climbed down to enter the tunnels and climb up to begin another round. Bank when supplies run out.
