Requirements: Level 20 Construction, Level 40 Agility, Level 46 Crafting, Level 56 Woodcutting, Must have completed The Fremennik Trials quest, and must have the ability to defeat a level 122 troll and survive being attacked by lots of trolls with rocks in a multicombat area (Pro Range recommended)
Items Needed: Woodcutting axe, Knife, Hammer, Bronze nails, Raw tuna, 6 Mithril ore, and 8 Ropes. (Optional catspeak amulet)

Reward: 1 Quest Point, 14K coins, 10K XP in any 2 combat skills, 5K Crafting XP, 5k Construction XP, 10k Woodcutting XP, Fremennik royal helm, and access to a runite vein.
Start Point: Dock in north Rellekka
To Start: Speak to Mord Gunnars
1.Once you speak to Mord have him take you to Jatizso, then go into the fort and into the first building on your left when facing north. (The checkered floor). And speak to the King, make sure to have your 6 mith and raw tuna during this part. If you have an amulet of catspeak wear it for a few extra laughs.
2.The king starts talking but the cat interrupts, so click 'talk to' on the cat once the king stops talking and give the cat the tuna, then continue the conversation. During this next part of the conversation you'll need your 6 mithril ore. Because during the conversation the Red Axe trades have come from Keldagrim and are early, so you offer to mine some mithril, the conversation will stop, then talk to the king again (if you have the mithril) and he'll pay you 5k.
3.Once done talking, get all the jester peices from the chest behind the throne. Then go back to Relleka and talk to Maria and go to Neitiznot. Go up the path into the town and behind the bank and talk to Slug Hemligssen, and ask for 'Free stuff please'. Make sure you are wielding no weapons and have the jester costume on.
4.Now go to the building to the south of the bank and talk to Mawnis Burogar, make sure you have no weapons on. You will now have to perform the emotes (Not normal ones, you'll see at this part) that Mawnis requests while paying attention to what the guards say. The guards said "in 2 days, 17 militia, and 2 bridges" Now go back to Slug and tell him the answers. He will pay you 2.5k.
5.Take off your Jester's outfit and talk to Mawnis, he'll send you on a few tasks, the first is to get 8 ropes, so go outside the city and kill 8 yaks, pickup the hide and hair, then go east past the bank to the spinning wheel and spin the hair into 8 ropes. Thakkard will give you 1k.
6.He now asks for 8 split artic pines, so get your axe and go outside and cut 8 logs, then go get a hammer and go to the splitiing log in the middle of town and split them, once you have 8 head to Mawnis. He'll reward you with 1.5k.
6.Now he wants you to repair the 2 bridges, so get out good defense armor and go north and cross one of the bridges and repair each of the northern bridges. (the second set of bridges) Then go back to Mawnis and he'll pay you 1.5k
7.Mawnis tells you about his plans and asks you to see if the King of Neitiznot knows about it, so go back to Jatizso and talk to the king. He says he'll need to raise more taxes for supplys.
8.He institutes a 'window tax', each shopkeeper must pay 1k per window. So go to each shop, the general store owner owes 5k, the weapons shop (Sulki Myrka) owes 6k, the armor shop (Raum Urda-Stein) owes 8k, and the mess hall (Dining hall, and to the north of the king's house) owes 4k.
9.Now you should have 24k, but when you talk to the King he says that's not enough so he puts a 1k tax on beards! So go collect tax from Skuli Myrka, Raum Urda-Stein, Hring Hring, Flosi Dalksson (who has seven kids and a wife), and Keepa Kettilon. Then return to the king.
10.The king now wants you to find out who repaired the bridges. So go back to the Spymaster and put on your jester suit (no weapons), and go talk to Mawnis and entertain him while listening, once done talk to Slug again and he'll ask some questions, so answer him; Etceteria, potions, and I am helping Neitiznot. And he'll pay you 2.5k.
11.Now go back to the king. You and him get in an arguement and you finally tell him to his face that he's a fool. After awhile he gives a decree to deliver to Mawnis. So do so.
12.Mawnis says he's going to appoint you the leader of the raiding party, and so you must make the special yak hide armor, if you didn't save your hides from before then get 3 Yak hides and talk to Thakkard again. Once tanned go buy a needle and thread from the general shop (Which is actually a crafting supply) or get them out of your bank and make a yak hide torso and bottom. Then go cut 2 artic pine logs and kill a yak to get some hair (or get a rope from your bank) and make a rope.
13.Talk to Mawnis again and he'll tell you how to make the shield, then take the logs to the splitting stumps in the center of town and make a shield.
14.Talk to him again and he'll appoint you the champion of Neitiznot. And tell you you have to kill the ice toll king.
15.You must go to the northern most part of the islands past thrower trolls and melee trolls, so get out good melee and range defense armor, bring 15 sharks (or the best you have), 1 prayer potion.
Note: Now some people might think that you
must wear the yak hide armor, but in fact you don't even have to bring it with you.
Go north of Neitiznot over the two wood bridges (after going over the first put on pro range, and don't take it off till your back on the main island) and then north over the land bridge, then go north and east, past one cave and go in the second.
16.Once you go down the second cave there will be a cutscene, and then you can ask him for prayer potions (recommended) and for normal strnegth potions (also recommended unless you brought supers) and for food, (only need to do if your low on what you brough, he gives you tuna.)
17.Once you have killed 10 a message in your message log will come up saying you may kill the king now, so go south and jump over the bridge, the king will start to attack you.
He'll sometimes use ice barrage on you, but don't switch off of pro range, his magic is weak (because trolls are stupid). Kill him and then decapitate him, then take the east passage and follow the path while healing from trolls, then go up the exit. Then go east and south down the land bridge and back to Mawnis.
18.Once you talk to Mawnis he'll give you 10k XP in either two combat skill or one twice, and then give you the 'Helm of Neitixnot'. And...
Congratulations! You have completed 'The Fremennik Isles' Quest.
The runite 'vein' you gain access to is 7 coal and 1 Rune.
Side note, by Trekkie: If you talk to the lady who works in the banquet hall and give her a refund, she will give you access to a store selling yak items.
