Start off by going to lumbridge and talking to the father in the church.
Go around the castle and once you reach the end of the fence go south east untill you see father umbridge.
If you are in a member's server use the agility shortcut and go southwest untill you see him.
Once you do that go back the way you came and go into the graveyard south of the church. And go into the building their. Put on the amulet of ghost speak, open coffin, and talk to the restless ghost.
Then once your done go west to the wizards tower and go down the ladder once you go in. Follow the hallway to the end and enter that room there and go through it untill you find the skull.
Search the altar and fight the skeleton.
Once your done go back to the grave and open the coffin and use head with it.
Yay quest complete!.
