just a suggustion, but for p2p, experiements are good for almost any level, they are lvl 25, have 100 hitpoints, and hit considerably low hits on you... if you have 55+ defense, there is no better place to train.

I'm f2p and have combat lvl 97, so the one who wrote the guide suggested me to kill ice warriors on ice platue. But what def lvl should I have before u start slaughtering those ice warriors?

i suggest u fight ice warriors at ice giants cave down southwest of port sarim, u dun need food.. just lvl 43 "protect from melee" prayer

then recharge at temple above it, if u dun like walking.. then i duno

Or wear full monk robes, holy symbol, prayer book, and bring full inventory of prayer pots....youll last longer :)

Wouldn't a greataxe also be slightly decent experience?

Pros-
High hits
Slash AND Crush attacks
Full set really increases exp accural

Cons-
Slow (slightly faster than a halberd)
Two Handed
Expensive to maintain

A friend that is lvl 106 told me of the best xp ever, but full guthan is pretty much required. It is like the al kharid warriors method. Have full rune, whip/d scimmy (whatever floats your boat), sara cape, full guthan. Go to Pollinvineach, go to a house that has 2/3 bandits (lvl 50ish) respawning in it. Attack a bandit, because you are wearing a sara cape the bandits will continue to respawn and attack you. Wear your full guthan when you need to heal. Now just sit back and watch the xp roll in.

Hope I have added just a little bit more help to the already crowded guides forum.

from lvl 50-90 or something good and they hit low they have 100xp

must have completed frenkenstrein quest first

lvl 25 experiments, under fenkensteins castle they have 100-101 health low def atk and str, only theory is that they have like 120 ranged but never use it :)
