White Knight's Fortress perhaps? On the upper floors, there is usually nobody there, and they give 208 exp each.

8) No, there aren't nowhere near enough and they aren't aggressive.

Great guide! I have one question.. Well I am a pathetic at attack, strength, and defence. Do you think i should just go with a rune scimmy and go to Throne Room, I know this is for high levels but it seems a good idea just to bring one item and no food then just fight until you die and repeat, I am not sure how many you will be able to kill though.. But once again Great guide!! =D>

How about Moss giants for training. In varrock suwers the bottom spawn if you go to a weird world theres almost no one ever.

See, the problem is that while it may be good for higher levels, lower levels get bashed very easily and cannot deal enough damage to make it worth it.
