Well since i completely forgot to make a topic last year, I thought I'd mention that I've been here for 6 years now, even though I was away for a good period of time over some of the years.
I'm very glad to still be a part of the community, and glad for all the friends I've made through RSBANDB over the years. Truly it is friendship is what has made this community so great for so many people, even if we might not all be friends with everyone on the site. The fact that we can all come together and talk and have fun is exactly why a site like this exists.
I was talking with Shane tonight (we were both up to 6/7am, apparently this a record for staying up late in winter for Shane) and a bit of the talk was reminiscing of when I was just starting out on the site and a complete noob at life at 14, and all the good times we've both had with the site over the years. I'd like to think that I joined on New Year's Day just so i could go through a nostalgic period of time at the end of year regarding the site, but nah, I didn't quite plan it that way.
Anyhow, this is far too rambley, but I wanted to thank all of you who have stuck with the site for so long, and those who have ever been with RSBANDB for any period of time. I'd like to name a list, but I'm sure I'd forget some poor soul, and that wouldn't be cool.
OMFG KULLA. I clearly need sleep and to shut up. Have a Happy New Year, everyone. Let's hope 2011 is even better for us and RSBANDB than 2010 was.
Edit: I won't be leaving, despite how much my post sounds like a leaving post. XD Also I wasn't drunk when writing this. I'm surprised we didn't get more drunk posts on the forums yesterday/last night, actually XD
