Greetings all. Many of you older members may remember me from months, maybe more than a year ago; I am probably the most hated member here after I directly caused the removal of our most beloved Sandbox, directly caused the banning of some older members, and semi-spammed the forums with my entirely unfunny posts. For that, I am sorry. I know that you will probably never forgive me for being such a jerk. ![]() This post, however, is not merely here for self-deprecation. After a lengthy sojourn in the real world, I have decided to go back to RSBandB. This respite from these forums enabled me to become more mature, articulate, and intelligent, and I assure you all that the aformentioned unfortunate events will not occur again. I reiterate my most sincere apologies for alienating everyone, and I hope that I am welcome to return to these forums... During this time, I've picked up a few hobbies. I have began this somewhat atypical activity called speedcubing, where I try to solve the Rubik's cube as fast as I can. I average a tad over 30 seconds (I've done some sub-30 averages of 5 before and solved in in less than 25 seconds a few odd times). I have also garnered interest in electronics, hardware, and DIY projects after watching the Revision3 video podcast Systm, which is basically a DIY project show thing. Furthermore, I have also started this also atypical activity called "papercrafting" (also known as "cardmodelling") which is similar to making plastic models except cardmodelers use printable paper templates (you can learn more about this at www.zealot.com. To see an excellent example of cardmodelling in action, see http://www.zealot.com/forum/showthread.php?t=163821. Please keep in mind that this is not the same as origami...) I have also taken interest in aeronautics, and I ardently hope that I will one day get a pilot's license... In short, I have turned into a most eccentric NERD. ![]() In closing, hello and I hope that you will forgive me for being such an ******* in the past. |

Welcome back. I remember you just left all of a sudden and it was a bit like WTF. Anyway, I'm pretty sure you'll be welcomed back with open arms. |
