During a summer of quite a bit of computer activity, I've started to get a pain in my hand, wrist, and forearm. For those that don't know, this can possibly be carpal tunnel syndrome, a squeezing of the median nerve in your wrist from swollen tendons. One possible cause, though not proven, is too much computer activty. I've had this pain once before, when I injured my leg one summer and was on the computer a lot. So now that I've got it again, I'm going to try to be on the computer less until the pain goes away. Last thing I need is CPS. I'll still be here, just less.

man im sorry to hear that.. it will be best though for you to take a break.. u can tell when u use the pc to much, when you do something else other than the pc, like go outside, or walk, or sleep..lol your back might hurt, mostly lower back.. usually ppl hunch their back at the pc.. I once got a pain in my wrist also.. too much typing and clicking :P everytime i moved it left, right, up, down etc it hurt..

Thats why i take breaks. or spread my pc time..

goodluck in getting better.
