Post subject:  Joining the Episode 294 Live Show [UPDATED]
This episode marks the introduction of RSBandB's voice server once again!

We have set up our new server using Mumble. You should download the client for your respective platform. Please note that the Windows client has been known to take a good deal of time to launch. If you attempt to launch the client on Windows but it does not appear to work, give it some time, it will appear.

You should be able to join by clicking the "Users in Mumble" link at the bottom of the forums below the online list. When asked for your credentials use your forum username and forum password. Please make sure you use the exact case that you log in with on the forums.

For those who want to connect manually:
Server IP: 209.160.21.177
Port: 64738
User: Your forum user (case sensitive)
Password: You will be asked for your password, same as your forum password.

Chief and I will be here.

Only a selection of questions will be used as we will be alternating between questions and guest speakers, so post early! If you want to register as a guest speaker send Chief or myself a PM by Wednesday, be sure to include your Skype name and what you want to talk about. The Skype name is a must, if you don't include a Skype name there's less chance of getting on.

Along side this, episode 294 will be a live show! The show will take place on Friday @ 4pm RSBandB Time/MST [3pm PST, 5pm CST, 6pm EST, 11pm UTC]. Instructions to listen and chat will be posted 24 hours before the show starts.

Audio questions will not be taken this week.

Hey Shane, Chief, and strange internet people!
Do you guys think that total level, combat level, or a combination of the two should be displayed? Which do you think is the best indicator of a player's skill/effort?

Hey guys it's Aidan I will be sending in more audio questions for shane and brad sorry about the bad phone quality I have a iphone4 and my friends have been saying my voice quality is bad too! My question is what is y'all opinion on apple products ?Also are y'all glad for free trade? I personally am not:)

My laptop recently crashed. Apparently the Graphics card failed, causing the motherboard to, well, explode. My question is whether I should pay to get it fixed ($300) or buy a new laptop or desktop. Not looking for anything too fancy, just something that runs and will play the few games I wish to play.

Also, I was dismayed to see, upon logging on to runescape a few days ago, that my fishing level was rolled back from 84, to 16. Also my combat was down 3 levels. I have never botted, and was upset at how JaGeX could make such an error. I have heard some of the same complaints from others, and was wondering what your opinions are.

Dear Shane & Chief__Snake

I'm back from my question asking hiatus and this week I have two questions for you this week.

First question is: Shane & Chief I know you've been hacked before and I was wondering, if you were hacked due to having weak passwords or where you key-logged? I was hacked 3 years ago because someone offered me free membership and so I gave this guy my password (i considered us friends at the time). Now when I look back on it I think about how stupid it was for me to do that.
Second question is mainly for Shane but if you can answer this too Chief it would be appreciated. Anyways here goes: When making a forum where does one start? I'm not really familiar with how it works and I was wondering do you design everything using codes or do you use some sort of template.

What are your favorite RTS games. recently i have been playing through the Command and Conquer series. Can you suggest any other RTS games I should play afterwards?

Second, with free trade coming back, do you think Jagex will pay more attention to and monitor people's trade in an attempt to catch real world traders?
