  • In Aid of the Myreque
  • The peasants of Burgh De Rott are nervous. With no champions to defend them, it is only a matter of time before the Vampyres bleed them dry and leave them to disappear into the swamps. Will you allow the persecution to continue? Can you sit by as the Myreque, damaged from their last struggle in the Search of the Myreque quest, try in vain to stem the tide?
    • A new city close to the barrows
    • The quest was long, it is close the barrows. Good shark fishing spots. The only two plus points I see at the moment. Also look at the world map...
  • Responsible Gaming Reminder...
  • Some feedback on recipe for disaster. The quest is complete now. It was not to hard, some of the later mini quests were enjoyable such as Sir Amik, the Ogre, and monkey one. New Agility course which is pretty good. The gelatinoth (horor from the deep) daganoth mom was the hardest boss, the rest were simple providing you were equipped properly. That is what a quest should be none of this noob stuff.
  • Listener Questions!
  • Windows vista is delayed until January 2007 now. Will be avalible to enterprises in November. Windows Vista was hit by quality issues that caused the release to be pushed back "a few weeks". But this prompted manufacturers to ask Microsoft to delay the consumer version until 2007 because they had insufficient time to test and prepare their systems for availability this year. "I cannot imagine why any PC manufacturer would not want to have Windows Vista systems to sell for the holidays. They will lose the benefit of massive Windows marketing, as well as a brand new operating system to dress up their PCs?." http://www.vnunet.com/vnunet/news/2152422/microsoft-delays-windows-vista
  • Right now the fastest windows XP laptop is the Apple Macbook Pro Core Duo. Apple's MacBook? Pro running Windows XP is a better Adobe Photoshop rig than any other Core Duo laptop on the market. Along with thise a group won $13, 854 for successfully booting xp on their mac book pro. This is legal by the way. So once video drivers come it can be a good alternative for people. http://www.reghardware.co.uk/2006/03/22/mac_fastest_core_duo_laptop/
  • So you may have just gotten the brand new Dell XPS gaming system but what are you going to do with your old one? You can't just throw it away. They contain heavy metals that are bad for the environment. This website here shows a whole bunch of things you can do with them ranging from donating to reuseing them for different things. Some of my favourites are to use it as a backup or to create a file/print server. Anyways here is the site: http://wiki.ehow.com/Safely-Get-Rid-of-an-Old-Computer
  • Once again my friends a new vulnerability in internet explorer has been found. The vulnerability was confirmed on a fully patched system with IE 6.0 and Microsoft Windows XP SP2?. It has also been confirmed in IE 7 Beta 2 Preview, Secunia said. So hold out until the patch, because there is not one yet...

This can be exploited by a malicious Web site to corrupt memory in a way that allows the program flow to be redirected to the heap," Secunia said in the alert, warning that successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code whenever the target visits the rigged Web site. So pretty serious...

Poison, it sounds like you're one of those text-to-speech things because your voice is so incredibly deep.

Good show though.
