Do blue dragons really drop clues? ive killed about 1000 of them and still no clues! and im talking about the adult ones

A few days I ripped all my CD's with Windows Media Player and put them on my computer and then put them on my MP3 player.
I ripped 16 CD's but i deleted them because the quality bad.
I ripped them again to get better quality.

Here are the problems:
:arrow: If I enter a disk in my CD-writer, the content does not apear on my computer
:arrow: I tried ripping "And then there was silence" wich is the last song on the album "A Night at the Opera" by "Blind Guardian" like 4 times. It stopped ripping at 97% and then told me the disc was dirty. I played it on my CD player and the song played great.

:?: Can anyone explain what's wrong and what I should do? :?:
