Here is Episode 36, Pika and I talk about the various updates this week. Pretty standard show. Enjoy.
  • Arrival of the Chaos Elemental in the wilderness. Can unequip you. A large klling zone clans <3 this.Drops dragon 2 hands, possibly chains. Kalphite Queen now drops 2 hands. For more info on this please listen to episode 36A
  • New slayer monster -- killerwatts, you need insulated boots. 37 slayer needed, an ok monster
  • New treasure trails with new rewards
  • New graphics -- This time we focus on the White Knight Castle, Falador, the Barbarian Village, the Dark Wizards' Tower and Draynor Manor (oooooh, spooky)
  • A Mobile Rotisserie has been added, yummy. Now we can really go camping. Level 17 with iron
  • New pies, high cooking needed. One needs 95. Then there's the mud pie... Read the pie book to figure out about these.
  • Pious pete, lighting candles for him. He'll reward you if you do.
  • Listener Questions! 7 of em.
  • There is an extremely critical Mac OS X Zero-day exploit going around. The cause of the problem is that the os will automatically launch shell scripts. A user simply needs to visit a malicious website for this to happen, starting to sound like ie now. This is very serious as it requries no user interaction. There is instructions to a temporary solution, simply run another browser instead of safari. Only a problem in safari, which most mac users use. http://blogs.zdnet.com/Ou/index.php?p=163&tag=nl.e550
  • The google page creator is out. (http://pages.google.com) It allows anyone to create their own small website very easily on the google servers. Pages get published to yourname.googlepages.com I have not had much time to try this out. But it looks neat for those who have little web experience. Wink wink. Pika could try it. You do need a google account. I know that before they shut it down because there were too many new users. So you may have to wait a bit. But if you need a gmail account to use it, just let me know. I've got lots. The interface is nice and clean. So go check it out.

Great episode... that Piscous Pete event you light the candles with another candle- i got 20 big bones as a reward and i got the event while I was woodcutting.
