I don't remember any comic which Thing starred in... I can't place #2's comic piece, but it looks like it would be one. #3, again can't place it but it looks like one. Who doesn't know about Spiderman? I think we're allowed to do voter commentary since there are no judges to give comments anymore. If they aren't then you can remove the following. #1: Personally I don't see how a giant hand is a comic, but I might just have never seen that comic. The Text splat looks like a scripted effect rather than something done by hand, and it's solid yellow background doesn't go with the abstract coloring. #2: This one looks like it would've made a good pop-out signature. The blue background is good but a dark, red, or grey based BG might've worked better with the render. #3: This is my favorite. The render and background blend well and the text positioning is great. The watermark is off to the side with low opacity so it doesn't detract from the signature. The only negative thing I see is that the hair flowing towards the text looks like it has a few hard pixels on the border. #4: Ahh, Spidey, he's always been a favorite comic character of mine. The background looks too simple and the yellow behind Spiderman doesn't look like it's producing the glow on him. The renders are placed well with him looking like he's escaping. I think a slight 50% opacity black border would help the signature. |

My hand was pictured with a comic book filterer!!! The yellow thing is used in lots of comics!!!! And so is the font!!!!!!! So since it is a comic in itself it is therefor the best.! And creative since it makes all its own characters. Theres "Warren's Hand", who saves the world daily. Then theres Mr. Teddy (I forget whatever i would of calld him  ), the evil enemy of Warren's Hand who trys to take over the world. Then theres SECRET TML, Warren's Hand's secret weapon which is a Toronto blanket which he uses to sufficate enemies. And then the Blue Lampern, Warren's Hand's sidekick, a blue cieling lamp, who has the power of being invisible (as you cannot see him atm). He can shine light on all the bad which is INSTA KILL!!!!!!!@@!!

I think #3 was the best, the render blends well with the background.. The render seems to be a comic book one although I cannot verify where from. I voted for #3 |
