What the judges made of the signatures this week:

This looks like a tutorial signature. While elements of the signature look excellent respectively, they look as if they have been thrown together into the signature and therefore appear out of place.

This signature could be improved by matching the colours of the background with the colours of the render. Try using a colour that is already in the render image of Link and stick with that. The outer glow is also quite overwhelming and unnecessary, try not to get too carried away with that.

Overall an effective sig in terms of appearance, however effort was holding this back; more needs to be done to this sig to improve it.

More effort needs to be put into this signature to improve its appearance. Try looking at some tutorials for Photoshop or The GIMP. It's always great to see someone proud of their country!

A very nice signature overall with eye-catching use of shading and equally magnificent blending. Holding this back is its lack of colour.

As with entry #2, this signature could be improved by matching the colours of the background with the colours of the render. The text matches quite nicely but is still a bit blurry. It would also help if the render was blended in with the background.

While a couple of judges were left speechless, another couple managed to admit that this was almost flawless (Über awesome).
As one judge said, "The only thing I would change is the tilt and angle of the text. I would lessen it by at least 5 degrees, if that makes sense."
This will be a new initiative which will continue every week from now on.
