You could use the Windows speech to text and record it with Audacity |

Eh... As a last resort maybe. Another thing is I'd like is to be able to in/decrease the speed of the speech |

It won't sound good if you're doing Text to Speech, especially since I'm assuming you're going to do a book or something. In any case, if you record to mp3 and set it to be a Podcast or Audiobook (can't remember which one gets the setting.. Think it's audiobook) and speed them up on your iPod. It supposedly sounds alright when you do so. |
