Hị Does anybody know of a program that changes .mpeg or .mp4 or .avi into an animated .gif? Also, does anyone else know of a good image hosting site that hosts Animated GIFS? Thanks. |

I've always used a program such as Camtasia Studio to record parts of movies, then export the recorded video as a .gif. As for a good hosting site, I'd recommend something like TinyPic, PhotoBucket, or ImageShack. They should all do the job well. |

I have no experience in a good movie editing program but I have used all that PFK said and they work great, I would use Photobucket and Imageshack before TinyPic because Tinypic doesn't keep that file online like Imageshack and Photobucket do so if you want to keep that photo online, use Photobucket and Imageshack. |
