Post subject:  Desktop Suggestion
Well My cousin is having his 14th birth day in about a month and He really wants to be a Graphics Desighner/Web designer but he can't currently becasue of his crappy desktop computer. I was gonna get him one in the range of $600-$700 USD. Any Idea's post the picture or link to the site.

Well I'm not exactly sure right5 now but I should be able to find out this week. All I know that he has a HP 1999 with Windows 98 OS.

Yeah, a new PC is in order.
Well, I know that emachines is having a HUGE sale right now. They are pretty good computer.

Then you will need a monitor.
