Well, I don't really want to use windowblinds, since it costs something silly like £50, so I'm looking for other alternatives.
Any suggestions on programs/alternatives to skin my desktop (i.e. make it look sexier) without paying a lot of money?

I've used Windowblinds before, and it does exactly what I want it too, I just wondered if there was something free which did the same thing =] |
