I was wondering where can I find a MOD to put at the bottom of the Who Is Online it can tell a user legend for colors and how can I assign the colors. If somone could answer this that would really help me.

I believe what your looking for would be Advanced Group Color Management
I'm not sure how you actually assign the colors because i have not yet installed this MOD but im pretty sure this is what your looking for.

I suggest not to use the one jrd suggest. I'm very familiar to phpBB and I've basicly used every mod that's out there. I suggest Extended Rank Color Management. It's cleaner and more simple.. Plus the one that jrd showed you is really buggy..

It's a somewhat verison of extended rank color, but mike and shane extended on it.
