I've always wanted to make one of these threads. I'm not sure how to format this, but I'll try my best. 
For starters, here's a "collage" of what I've achieved the past month or two.

My overall goal is to be maxed melee combat. I'm not sure when I'll get this, but I'm already a quarter of the way there. 
My strategy
I'm pretty sure I should have gotten strength as my first 99 instead of attack, but I love love love the whip. Either way, I'm making progress.
My method of training will mainly be through slayer, with some monkey guard or bandit afking if I want to watch some movies or something.
However, though, I'm on the fence whether I should get 99 Strength or Defense first.
Pros of having 99 strength first: Hit harder, and combined with 99 attack, I'll be awesome
Cons of having 99 strength first: The strength cape sucks, I have to use the 2h Sara sword, I'll get hit a lot with lower defense.
Pros of having 99 defense first: The cape is rarer; more respected, I don't have to spend ~50M on Bandos for good protection, less food for tasks, I can use my Whip & Defender
Cons of having 99 defense I won't hit as hard, I'll suck in PvP
Can someone help me a bit with this?

This will be my main combat gear, and I'll be switching to the Saradomin Sword once I achieve 85 defense.
Eventually I'll find enough time to finish up RFD, but as for now...dragon gloves work.

Quest Goals
I'm a quest noob, I'll admit it. At the time of writing this thread, I currently have159 quest points. Sadface. I have no intention of achieving a Quest Cape, I just want the good stuff, like a Soul Wars Cape, Lunar Spells, Barrows Gloves, and all the extra goodies. ^^

Skill Goals
I want 65 herblore, but I know that will never happen any time soon with my low budget. As for other skills, I could really care less about my level unless a quest requires a higher level in that skill.

Slayer Goals
Slayer is easily my favorite skill. Currently I have level 83 slayer, and I'm pretty **** proud of it.
Slayer Drops:
Dragon boots x 4
Granite Mauls x 6
Rune boots x 10
Leafbladed swords x 4 (back when they were 400k each L0L)
Blue Dragon tasks x 13 (a guaranteed 1.5M or something)
That's off the top of my head. Two more levels and I expect to be richer than ever. Maybe.

Achievements in the IRL MMORPG
I bought tickets to see Roger Waters' The Wall Tour in November. I'm excited as hell to see him.

I'm going to get 99 really quickly, and I need to fletch about 500k adamant bolts. SO, if I could have a few helpful donors, and you're willing to spend around 2.5M (you'll get it back), that'd be appreciated greatly.
