===Introduction===
Been thinking, and I really love two things: blue and skill capes. Not really sure which capes I wanted and I thought, why not? So, here is a list of all the skill capes (I can think of) that are blue, or have a blue trim:
Yes I know I'm very close to some of these already lols, apparently I am including Summoning* which is a real test of faith for blue! Threw fletching in because someone suggested it and its a blue/green colour. Also, now I have a bet that I can beat Everlordx to 99 so, it's ON! >:D

==Overall Progress==
Two ways to track this: number of capes owned and total experience across all the skills together. The results are kind of strange O_o
- Capes: 43%
- Total experience: 53%
===Action Plan===
My plan is simple: keep training whichever way possible to collect all the capes whatever the cost may be. But if you must insist on details:
Agility - Gnome Advanced Course till 99
Defense - Slayer in order to collect charms for summoning. Need 90 attack and strength for decent training rate first.
Fishing - Monkfish till 99
Fletching - Yew longs, would need 526k/hour in cash to make up for money lost O_O [unstrike]Yew longs to 85, then Magic longs.[/unstrike lol]
Magic - Superheat most of the way, a side effect should be an insane smithing level <3 (to finally match my mining rofl), alching and teleporting occasionally will be needed.
Mining - Mine granite in the desert forever >.>
Summoning - Use charms from slayer to get as far as possible...
