Question:
Why did you get 10 def? 
My recomendations:
-Get atleast 31 prey.
If you are going to be members:
-Since you have 10 def ( you dont have to do this ) get ur def to 20 and become a Initiate pure i dont really see the point in having black armour.
-Get your attack to 50 ( Maul, i like maul better looks way cooler ) or 60 ( dragon, to much effort).
-Since its Members getting 52 prayer might be very help full.
Stats:
F2P ( if you get this ur combat level will be around level 61 )
Atk:40/40 ( 45, for this its up to you weather you want to get more accurate but sacrifice some levels )
Str:55/75 ( nice )
Def:10/10 ( have no idea )
Range:40/40 ( the best hide armour you can get in f2p )
Prayer:1/31 ( yeah that 15% does help a lot and to keep that rune scimitar )
Magic:37/37 ( convinient for teleporting all over f2p )
P2P ( if you get this ur combat level will be around level 70 )Atk:40/50 ( maul )
Str:55/75 ( good str, if you have time go for level 99 =) )
Def:10/20 ( Black armour dosent do anything, intinate gives prey bonus and lots stronger or mystic armour )
Range:40/70 ( good magic def, also makes you look pro )
Prayer:1/31 ( 52 optional , handy to get rid of protect item )
Magic:37/51 ( very usefull for getting around rs )
