Yes! I got 100 Combat today!
It was a stressful last level though, because the Combat Calculator said I would be Combat 100.1 at 53 Prayer, but I didn't get the Combat, so I had to get 200 more Dragon bones and got 54 Prayer.
Wahoooooo!

100 combat isn't the requirement to be "scary", just whoever would own you. |
