I got my second one yesterday! :shock:

The time between getting these two was exactly 7 days, and in that time I only went from 71 to 75 thieving, so as you can see I was quite lucky... :P

Legolascamo, you can get the Pharaoh's Sceptre as a bit of a random event from the Pyramid Plunder minigame. When you're looting urns in the pyramid, there is a very tiny chance that you could loot one of these rare sceptres. I sold the new one for about 475k in the grand exchange instantly. ;)

Wow, congratulations. I still have yet to get one and i've went from 61-80 thieving at pyramid plunder.
