i have some advice for you equipment wise. there are some quests you can do that will make life much easier at drags.

helm: do fremenik isles and ue a helm of nietiznot. +3 prayer, +3 strength, better than rune full helm

cape: buy a guthix cloak. its the cheapest of the three, and gives + 3 prayer.

armour: do slug menace quest. this lets you use proselyte armour, which gives a better prayer bonus than initiate, and has the equivalent defense of adamant. best prayer armour in the game tbh.

gloves: either complete recipe for disaster up until you can get adamant gloves, or buy a combat brace. neither give prayer, but both give accuracy, strength and defense boosts. very useful.

weapon: once you get a few dragon drops, sell some for an abyssal whip. things will go much faster. unless you are strength training, then forget about that.

with all that gear, your defense will go up to about 160 to melee stats, prayer bonus should be at least 22, strength will be about 10 higher than it is now, and accuracy will be effected similarly. in the long run, this shouls get you another dose's time out of the prayer potions you bring. lol, best wishes for that visage drop

I want a draconic visage. So, my plan is to stay at steels/irons until I get one, other than trips to the bank I need to make for more pots Plan on using my d scim, so should gain a few combat levels before I get it. Yes I expect to be doing this for a pretty long while. I will update with other good drops I get along the way, as well as levels that I gain. ----- Drops: ----- First Dragon Skirt - The health went down to that because I wasn't paying close enough attention and my anti-fire pot ran out. Anyway, there is my first drop. First Draconic Visage - Can't believe I have it, even still. Ohhh, good luck! I was trying to get one/get my range level higher before I was banned, since my friend got one off of black dragons. One of the times, I came out of my hiding spot, picked up the hide and whatever other thing it dropped, and switched windows for a "second" without going back to my safe spot. Yeah, the dragon must of spawned and against someone in dragonhide without an anti-fire shield.... How much are they worth currently, anyways? Am about to make my second trip, I eventually may take some ruby tipped bolts (e) with me, as I heard they are very effective against the metallic dragons. Anyway, thanks to everybody for your support
