~Introduction~

Hello, I am going for 99 woodcutting. Also, I am racing Zaros, meesekiller, and Justino 9 to 99. Zaros will probably win but ... meh ...

In case you're wondering why I'm not going for 90 magic, that's because I have given it up until I find a suitable way to make money. My teletabs and merchanting haven't worked so I'll work on it late when I can cut yews/magics real fast. ;)

~How I will do this~

Currently I am cutting willows at Draynor, World 65, with a Dragon axe. Steven Kill2 is cutting with me, we spark hearty, amusing, creatve conversation, and usually get some of the crowd joining in. It's going by very fast. I might quit willows at 85, cut maples until 95, and yews to 99. It's all about speed.

When I reach 99 woodcutting, I am also burning some willows for 99 firemaking. Trimmed skillcapes ftw :D

If you're trying for 99 firemaking too, you might as well do what I'm doing and cut and burn at the Crafting Guild willows. There are a lot less people there, so it won't take as long to fill your inventory, and you won't have to run to the bank.

May I ask how long you guys are plannning this too take? I am cutting yews (100 a day) that should get me to 93 by summer. You guy guys are planning on not reaching 99 by this summer I'll toss my name into that hat for this race...although I can't disclose the rs name, but you can check my update thread for when I get lvls.

I think it may take anywhere from 1 month to 3 months.

Woah, okay well good luck to you all. I don't have that amount of time to spend on runescape with school and all.
