Post subject:  My Barrows Runs ( Updated!! 10 Runs total! ) #2
Ok, my goal for barrows is to get something worth over 1mill.
I will be updating every trip. I will be getting akill count of 10 or higher
So far with my rewards I havent lost ANY money, I think i actully made money!

My main goal is a Guthans Spear = )
Here is my log so far.
1- 40 bloods 2k 55 Deaths - Kill count = 14
2- 75 bolt rack 60 deaths 806gp 264 minds - Kill Count = 20
3- 75 bolt rack 80 deaths 1328gp 42 bloods - Kill Count = 20
4- 80 deaths 985 minds 1982 gp - Kill Count = 21
5- 73 bolt rack 80 deaths 562 minds 682gp - Kill Count = 20
6- 40 bloods 251 chaos 953 minds 423 gp - Kill Count = 20
7- 80 deaths 1524gp 133 chaos 328 minds - Kill Count = 9
8- 43 bloods 830gp 150 deaths 115 chaos 343 minds - Kill Count = 20
9- 77 bolt rack 80 deaths 118 chaos 298 minds 716 gp - Kill Count = 20
10 - 36 bolt rack 70 deaths 557 minds 728gp - Kill Count = 20

Well I wish you all the luck in the world. I did about 35 trips now without any items. So I definatly hope that you got more luck than me!

I usually get a kill count of 12. I also got confirmed by Jagex that a higher kill count does not affect the amount of barrow pieces you get. You have the highest change of getting pieces when you kill all the 6 brothers. The other monsters are just for getting extra coins, runes and racks.

Oh, good luck. :) My friend got an item the first time he tried (wasn't good) and went 100 times with out getting anything else. He said he wasn't stopping until he got an item. 206 runs after the first run he got something... of Karils, lol.

I see, well when i get my kill count to 20 , i get good random stuff which pays for my prayer pots and deaths = )

Good luck, ever since the decreased your chance of getting something by a lot I stopped going. It used to take only about 30 trips to get something but now it takes around 80.

i usually just get 6 kill count and usually get an item every 12 or 15 runs (not trips) or so. i do 3 or 4 runs every trip so every 4 or 5 times i go there i get an item. 6 kill count has worked great for me.
