Good luck. I wouldn't recommand doing that though.
Train to 50 at Barbarian village and go to wilderness course.
It's faster, Mike have tested it before

do what jeff said, barb is kinda rubbish xp, but it is faster than the arena.

Personally i got to 56 agility at the arena, but it was slow xp

at 50 agility, buy around 10 agility pots and go to the wilderness till 52, thats fast xp.

stay at wildy till 56 :D

Yea but in wildy be wear the PK'ers if you can. If you can't or don't like them go agility arena or Stay at barb. Regicide is fun by the way.

Do not do the Brinhaven Arena until at mimimum you have level 44 Agility. I would do Barbarian Course until then. Once you hit 44, you can choose whether to do Barb Course or Brimhaven Arena. I personally did the Arena.

Once you get 52 Agility do the Wilderness Course. Bring nothing except for a slash weapon (dragon dagger is good) and maybe Boots of Lightness. You may also bring food, it may be a good idea to bring cakes. I personally thieve a full load of cakes in Ardy and then use the level to teleport out there. As long as you are not skulled, don't worry about pk'ers. Sometimes it's fun to run around the course even though you know you'll die, and watch the pkers waste their food on obstacles.

Once I was out there training, had a Black Beret, Drag Dagger (s), and Boots of Lightness. And a full load of cakes. A pk'er came in full rune, and a dragon longsword and started attacking me. I kept running around the course, and he must have has mediocre agility, because next thing I know he disappears. I look around, and then go down in the little dungeon area that you fall in if you fail on the rope swing or the log balance, and there is a nice pile of loot :)

good luck on the goal man, just a side note tho unless jagex has changed it recently u only need a dose of agility pots to get into the wilderness course as the obstacles inside have no minimum lvl to use them just the ridgeline up into the course.

what to wear out at the wilderness course is as simple as a dagger and boots of lightness. or if u feel like surviveing the pk'ers a lil bit and not having to walk back from lumby so much then best bet would be anti magic and anti ranger gear since melee people are usually to heavy to keep up wiuth you for long and the obstacles get in the way of melee it can almost be ignored for the most part.
just focus on the fewest items that give the best magic and ranger defenses.
