Post subject:  My Plan For A Whip

The plan came to me when I was fishing 7k sharks for an Abyssal Whip. I thought "why not work on some other skill that makes money while getting my total up?". So I took that thought into action, and decided to get my Fletch, Runecraft, Woodcut, Crafting, and Magic up while making money. The plan is to cut 8323 yew logs, fletch them, string them, make enough natures, alch them all and collect my money.

768 x 8323 = 6,392,064 gp.

Before, it was 1776 logs to 70 fletch, for that I got 852,480gp. But if this plan actually works, I'm gonna walk away with 81 wc, 80 fletch, and alot of craft, rc, and magic xp along with a new whip. So the Goals in this plan are :

80 Fletch
81 Woodcut
70 Magic
50 Runecrafting
60 Crafting

Comments and criticism are welcome here. I'm willing to learn from all my experiences and mistakes.

UPDATE!!!

71 woodcut, another step towards my 81 woodcut goal. I'm doing pretty good so far but really I'm being slowed down. The reason: the battery in my laptop died, and I'm dependant upon a lone charger. It worked well up until yesterday whereas the wires inside the cord got disconnected. So I'm stuck until I find another charger. But I'll try and keep up.

Hehe, thanks, I'm slowed down to maybe 300- 600 logs a day now, if I'm lucky. Also I'm tryin to make this signature, but I just can't get it big enough... Oh well.

Actually now that you brought that to me, I'll tell you a Crystal Shield IS better than a Dragon Square Shield. Alot of people have been telling me to switch from my Crystal Bow to Karil's Bow but I'm not a PK'er. Don't buy something really expensive till you research it carefully.

Today I've decided to take a break from woodcutting to do the Monkey Madness quest. If all goes well it shouldn't take me that long.

Good, good, its always good to put yourself goals,if you're bored enough, after you get all the logs and that, you can finish making all the bows and strings in only 1 day,in the day I got 70 fletching,I also got to 72 fletching, and in the second day I did fletching after it I got to 74,then from 74 to 78 and suddenly 79 i dont remember how

I'd actually think that this whole plan would take a good 2 weeks, so yes it can get boring. A day off wouldn't kill me, it's not as if I'm on a deadline for all those logs.

Update on my day off:

Image

Indeed, I completed Monkey Madness (sadly no proof because my computer turned off...). The Dragon Scimitar should be proof enough thou, but more to the point I received 73 hp. I was planning on this after I got the whip but hey, my day off was for Monkey Madness and that's done. What else am I s'pposed to do? Also 71 Attack from beating Monkey Madness. And what is next of this day off? 74 Range and 65 Defence.

Another Update on my day off:

This is somewhat close to me getting 87 Combat. Still what's left is Range, and maybe Prayer. Oh well, after this day off I'm heading back to the yew trees with a new Combat Lvl.
