Good luck dude, that place I think is the best for agility. Even though most people say wild agility course is better.

good luck on the goal.

here are the facts about the various high level courses

Brimhaven:
1 ticket per minute maximum
1k tickets = 320k xp
-safe-

Werewolf:
540xp per lap
3 laps every 2½ minutes
cant wear a helmet
must wear ring of charos
-semi safe-

Wilderness:
572 xp per lap
3 laps every 2 minutes roughly
-Dangerous-

other than those facts about the individual courses i will say the best method for training agility has to be the old school low health technique.

old school low health technique
obstacles that you have a chance to fail deal you damage based on your current hp not your total hp so staying around 25 - 35 hp or so depending on the course means u'll waste a lot less food training. the only downfall is that some of the newer courses have a huge damage obstacle in them, as well as the special attacks from pk'ers that can kill you b4 u have a chance to do anything, if you use this method from rsclassic.

the best training by far is the wilderness course as very few high level players pk in there and few low lvl pures can get into the course to bother you while you train plus there are many ways to annoy pk attempts while making an escape, and the skeletons in there are low level so most players dont wear armor and take minimal food to survive out there.
