I would actually like to go with a mix of V1 and V2.

But since I had to choose i went with V1.

3. The colour palette, while lacking in variety, is very appealing to the eye. The sepia thing going on in V1 has never suited me well in signatures, and V2 has no depth. I would, however, make the border a little smaller, possibly half its current size. I'd be interested to see the original render or stock if you don't mind.
