Okay, well it's been a LONG time since I visited these forums, and any forums for that matter. I just recently started doing graphics again, after awhile of not even touching a computer, so I'm a little bit rusty. In terms of art, I have been focused on learning traditional arts, and I really have fallen in love with the modern-street art scene, with graffiti and characters etc. So I found this really neat tutorial on a vector site about how to make a vector d00d, so I made this little man. I drew the beginning sketch in Photoshop (Just bought cs5, content aware is AMAZING!) and then moved it into illustrator for the vectorization.

Please tell me what you think!!

And this is a link to the tutorial, if anyone is interested. I didn't follow it exactly, and I know the bg isn't great in mine :)

Hey, that's pretty neat. Far better than my first (and only) attempt at a vector in my very first digital art class.

This was originally a photo taken outside my school which I then put into Corel Painter for vectorization. You can clearly see the wall through the cans #-o
