It's cool, but the border could use some work, like changing the color of the inner glow from default, and making it Precise. Your clan's logo is awesome  Also, I'd recommend shortening the URL to z3.invisionfree.com/Unity_Clan. Other than that, it's pretty cool. Now, all you need is a PHP script to make it dynamic :O |

Yah its not a bad one at all, just I'd say the size is a problem for forums. If you made it smaller it would look nice for a F2P Skill Signature. And mentioned before the border can definatly use some work
