Hey, I was wondering if somebody could please edit this pic for me...

I'd like it to say "Undefined75" in a green color similar to the cape/d'hide with a "glow" in a color similar to the cape's trim, and i'd like it to be cropped so there's no background color, and at the bottom i'd like it to be animated and flash, like flash from one to the next, "QuestMaster", "99 Thieving", "99 Range", "1900+ Total", and "70+ Skills" in any color you think goes good with the pic, thanks.

I'd be highly content if the pic was made with just the "Undefined75" with the mentioned colors at the top, and "99 Range." at the bottom, with the cropped picture in between.

Yeah, it is, so I understand if nobody wants to take the time to do it, but I'd really appreciate it. :)

The purpose of this forum is to request graphics and respond to graphic requests. Not to wish people luck for finding someone to do it.

This is very much possible to make (and something very simple if you regularly make signatures and would take like 5 minutes max). So there is no need to tell him what he's asking for is out of the ordinary and that no one knows how to do it, since a number of people here can. Whether they want to though, is their choice.
