For a first timer I think it looks really good. Some ideas for improvements, if you're looking for some, would be: possibly adding a drop shadow of some sort to the text. It would set it away from the background a little more and make it seem a bit more "complete." The knife in the background on the left-hand side is awfully blurry and pixelated. It's sort of hard to resize small images like that and retain good resolution. In the future, keep this in mind and try to avoid using such images like these.

Overall, nice work. Keep up your interest in Photoshop and graphics. =D>

It looks quite good, awesome for a first signature.

A few suggestions though:
-don't stretch small images such as the knife
-crop a little better (knife handle, corners of 99 cape)

Overall you did a great job and I look forward to seeing some of your future work.

I don't care how good a signature is, you NEVER save it as JPEG.

Total is right, that's a big no-no. .Png will allow you to retain full image quality. Unless you have the .phs 9I think that's what the photoshop files are called), it can still be saved as a .png, otherwise the quality has been lost.
