I like the blue on the sides on the first one, but i also like the positioning of the text on the second one

They're both very good but I'd use the bottom one, because personally i don't like the quite bright blue/purple colour on the left and right side of the top one but thats just my opinion |

Use the first one but before entering or whatever redo the text by incorporating the same layout as the second sig. |

The second one is better, but I'm really not liking that border. Make it a simple border so that nothing distracts us from the entire background. |

The first one. The second one is the same color throughout and that makes it boring to look at. The first one! |
